Arts & Craftsmen warrants the materials and workmanship
supplied by both the company and its subcontractors to be free
from defects for one year from the date of substantial
completion of the project within certain limitations
and exceptions. After the projects completion,
Arts & Craftsmen will evaluate the project at 3 months,
6 months, 9 months, and 1 year to ensure all materials or
workmanship supplied by the Arts & Craftsmen
or its subcontractors are in proper working order.
